Course Content:

The Hellenic construction industry internationally: history of “exit reasons’, preparation, pportunities overview. Marketing research data. The Marketing of services and the international marketing. The anthropocentric approach in the international construction market. Roles and relationships between actors in the management of a Mega Project. The construction FIDIC contracts. The undertake of projects in the Balkans. The undertake of projects in Africa, M. East and other developing countries. Opportunities, threats, characteristics. Resolving disputes relating to international construction projects.

Student Assessment:

Voluntary work elaboration – Written test
The final lesson grade comes from the proportion: Work: 40%
Written test: 60%.
